Disclaimer: Machine Wash Cold. Do Not Bleach or Tumble Dry (Line Dry). Do Not Iron or Dry Clean. Some Shrinkage is considered normal after washing. With flatbed dye-sublimation sock printing, only one side of a sock is printed at a time. Each sock runs through the sublimation machinery twice to be printed on both sides (the front and back). The printing on the edges of socks overlap slightly resulting in a fine imprint line running the length of each sock (this fine line is more visible with lighter colored imprints). We advise keeping logos ½” away from sock edges to avoid logos being cut off. Additionally, small creases in socks may occur during printing which will appear as small white spaces. These conditions are unavoidable and are not considered defects. Please note all socks are printed in their original manufactured state not stretching. As the sock stretches when worn the logo will distort and color will lighten up. The amount of stretching and color change depends on the amount of stretching and is not considered a defect. It is not uncommon in some cases for print to become illegible and the color to show white lines proportionally as stretching increases however this is not considered a defect. Please note: The dye-sublimation printing process uses a computer printer to generate a heat transfer to transfer the image onto the fabric. As a result, PMS inks cannot be matched exactly. They are only a reference point and an approximation. Factory will do its best to match but cannot guarantee an exact color match. Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16" movement in logo alignment may occur. Microfiber cloths are intended for individual use and cannot be compared. Product material thickness and color can vary slightly from product to product and order to order. This cannot be considered a defect. Copy Change request must meet 1/2 of the first column quantity. No exceptions. All applicable charges will be applied.
Order Cancellations/Cancellation Requests/Art Changes/Revisions Policy: Order Cancellation/Revision requests are not accepted until Factory confirms product has not been manufactured or printed. In most cases, if no proof has been requested at time of order submission, within 48 hours of order receipt, it is too late to cancel order and distributor is responsible for all incurred costs regardless of whether order has physically shipped from our factory. Likewise, 48 hours after proof approval, it is not possible to cancel/revise any order as it will have been printed, packed & is being staged to ship and distributor is responsible for all costs. Sorry no exceptions.
